Customer care messages are for consumers who submit an inquiry, book a consultation, start an application, have an existing loan application, or have an existing loan relationship with Texana Bank Mortgage. Marketing messages are sent only to consumers who separately opt in to recurring marketing SMS messages from Texana Bank Mortgage.
